Information Collection and Use

Clono Clock and Notation app do not collect personally identifiable information. 

Clono Admin Panel requires user credentials consisting of the user’s name and email.

Clono website and Clono Chess Cast collects no personal information about visitors and audience.

Clono App and website uses Google Analytics to monitor and analyse the use of the service.

When Clono Clock and Notation app is used in tournament mode, the nature of the system is that the app sends information about ongoing chess games to the server for live broadcast. The game information will contain the name of the players, rating, chess club and nationality. For FIDE registered chess players, this information is publicly available in the FIDE database (https://ratings.fide.com). The game information and level of it is managed by the tournament manager via his/her user in Clono Admin Panel. 

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data. This data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Security

We value your trust in Clono Chess System, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
